Customer Reach Outs and how they reflect Taylor Reports

The Customer Reach outs Report is to show that the customer has been notified of any upcoming projects. The information can be pulled up byt setting the date range and Notification Types. The following information then appears, Account Number, Customer Name, Address, Notification Type, Wheather an email has been sent and when it was created. Clicking on the account Number will bring you to the customer page if more specific information is need including any comments, Phone Number, etc.
