Setting Up Routing

Overview

This guide is to help you in setting up a route for a delivery for The Customer

Prerequisites

  • Customer is active
  • Customer has requested a delivery

Setting up A Route

  1. Click on Menu next to Service Board
  2. Click on Arrow next to Fuel to bring up dropdown
  3. Click on Routing
  4. Select Fuel Type, then map will generate with Customers
  5. Click Customer Search then fill out information
  6. All Customer delivery requests will generate, select which delivery you want to route
  7. Click on Delivery Request and all deliveries will generate, verify customer delivery is on list, locate Customer on map
  8. Click on Routes then click add route
  9. Click on unassigned driver and Add Driver and Truck Number
  10. Click on unrouted loads and click Add Load
  11. On Map on Customer Card, click on Add To Active Load. Once completed, Delivery will be ready for Routing

Deliveries

After setting up route, Deliveries can be viewed on Deliveries
